Shopkeeper

As a Shopkeeper, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, processing transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring smooth daily operations. **Responsibilities**:

- Welcome customers with a friendly attitude and assist them in finding products
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of store merchandise to answer customer inquiries accurately
- Receive, unpack, and organize merchandise shipments
- Conduct regular inventory counts and update inventory records accordingly
- Create attractive displays to showcase products and promote sales
- Monitor stock levels and place orders to replenish inventory as needed
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions securely and efficiently
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and cleanliness
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience for customers

**Requirements**:

- Previous retail experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Pay: From £39,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
