My client, who are a well-established and hugely successful Residential Sales and Lettings Agency are looking for a **Trainee Residential Estate Agent** to join their team.

**What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Trainee Residential Estate Agent**:

- Registering buyers and arranging viewings of suitable properties
- Negotiating between vendors and purchasers to achieve a positive outcome
- Progressing Sales through to the point of completion
- Referring business to third party providers, for mortgage and conveyancing services

**Required Skills and Qualifications Trainee Residential Estate Agent**:

- Experience delivering exceptional customer service
- Prior success working within a targeted environment would be advantageous.
- First-class communication skills
