About the role:
As a Trainee Sales Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in our team. You will be responsible for helping clients find their dream homes and supporting them through the entire buying process. Your main duties will include:

- Assisting with property viewings and providing detailed information to potential buyers
- Negotiating and securing sales in line with set targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service at all times
- Conducting market research and keeping up-to-date with industry trends
- Collaborating with team members to achieve collective goals
- Assisting with general office duties as needed

What we are looking for:

- A confident and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- A strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- A self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop new skills
- A team player who can also work independently
- A valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle
- Previous experience in sales or the property industry is a plus, but not required

Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
