Are you organised with the ability to multitask effectively?

Would you like to be part of a fun and friendly team?

This could be the opportunity for you

Working as part of the Operations and Customer Service team, where you will be responsible for assisting with the general day-to-day running of the department. Key duties will include:

- Checking that shipments have departed as planned, resolving any discrepancies
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers
- Keeping records up to date and completing various reports

Your customer focused and proactive approach to work, combined with strong communication skills and good knowledge of MS packages will enable you to excel in this role. Full training will be given.

The hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm.
