- Safe pass/CSCS supervisor card
- Forklift ticket
- Crane ticket (Or willing to be trained)
- Groundworks
- Concrete form
- Timber frame construction
- External finish
- Drylining
- Carpentry
- M&E
- Internal 2nd fix and finishing works

Be computer literate but mainly Whatsapp correspondence with Project Manager to manage works.

Willingness to get hands on when required to keep site tidy and keep works progressing as required.

**Salary**: £15.00-£20.00 per hour
