Stockroom Supervisor

**Job description**
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead on delivery processing to meet UPH targets
- Organizes & coordinates Customer Support teams
- Stock Management
- Implement mark-down & price changes directed by the business

Operational efficiency/SOP
- Manage day to day H&S and rectify/escalate issues as needed
- Lead by Example to maintain and protect Brand Integrity whilst resolving customer issues
- Can make balanced, commercial decisions
- Coaches Individuals and Teams on SOP and Customer Support area procedures
- Able to coach & guide Associates to deliver relevant Dept. SOP compliance

Leadership
- Influences and Motivates others to achieve common vision and goals
- Coaches & Inspires the RL Way & CFA’s
- Delivers Operational Trainings
- Supports On-boarding of Associates Level 1 and 2
- Operationally Deputises in the absence of a Manager
- Identify & feedback to colleagues & manager on performance
