There is an exciting opportunity for a band 6 or 7 to work on our SLT bank which could include working across the Harrogate, Hambleton and Richmondshire areas.

Within Harrogate District Hospital Foundation Team, the SLT adult team cover the inpatients at Harrogate Hospital including adult neuro, critical care, surgery, elderly care, rehab and voice. There are videofluoroscopy clinics at both the Friarage Hospital (in Northallerton) and Harrogate Hospital, and a FEES service is currently being set up.

The HDFT SLT team also covers the community with opportunities to see patients in their own home and in outpatient clinics across Harrogate, Hambleton and Richmondshire.

You will work closely with the team lead, a specialist SLT and SLT assistants, and support their training, supervision and line management as required.
