Canary Wharf (office based).
The UK's premier Facilities Management provider are now looking for a Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) professional to come in on an exciting contract with a prestigious financial organisation.
The employer provides service streams to help maintain the client's property portfolio with a particular focus on HSEQ.
The client pride themselves on a personable, friendly approach, and enjoy working from a corporate office in Canary Wharf.
Here you will act as the onsite HSEQ consultant, offering an all round HSEQ expertise on day to day business in the office environment. There will be a particular focus on DSE here.
Experiences across DSE and office safety is key here.
Specific actions will include:
- Maintain the Health and Safety systems and manage the DSE database
- Provide guidance and support with procedures including risk assessments, accident recording & reporting and other health and safety procedures. (UK & EMEA)
- Complete Health and Safety audits and site inspections
- Provide training for health and safety procedures where required
- Maintain First Aiders and Fire Warden safety procedures
- Prepare a monthly report for senior management and all other appropriate stakeholders
- Provide guidance on a full range of health and safety matters including legal compliance, risk assessment and prevention techniques. (UK & EMEA)
- To promote the required HSEQ and Community culture and achievement of objectives in line with business plans
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external customers and all relevant stakeholder groups
- Champion, develop and run the Safety Hero programme
- To develop the reporting structure and initiatives
We need from you:
- Comparable experience, with a focus on DSE in an office environment
- Industry recognised certification such as a NEBOSH

**Salary**: £47,000.00 per year
