Mammographer

In both our clinics, Canary Wharf and Orpington, LycaHealth has diagnostic suites that are second to none,comprising of State-of-the-Art equipment.

We have the opportunity for enthusiastic, committed and experienced Mammographers to join our friendly hardworking team on Bank or Permanent opportunities.

**We offer attractive competitive salaries from £35 to £40 per hour depending on experience.**

**Role and Responsibilities**
- To participate in providing a high quality mammography service for the screening programme and symptomatic service.
- To have highly developed physical skills as a high degree of precision and speed, and a high level of hand, eye and sensory coordination is essential.
- To organise and prioritise the daily workload efficiently, ensuring that all patients are seen promptly and on time.
- Accountable for own professional standards by being responsible for maintaining a high standard of imaging and patient care always.
- To ensure safe operation of the equipment and patient safety.
- To ensure the delivery of an effective and efficient service to meet the needs of the patients and the clinicians.
- To undertake Quality Assurance testing to ensure equipment is operating optimally, highlighting problems in advance to minimise downtime.

**Person Specification**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum of two years experience
- Previous experience within a high-end healthcare environment advantageous but not essential
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good IT skills including Word and Excel

We have bank opportunities and permanent roles. One working at our Canary Wharf clinic and one at our Orpington clinic covering 37.5 hours per week.
