**PET-Xi has an amazing opportunity to join our team as a Classroom Lead - no experience required**

PET-Xi is a leading UK-based training company that provides high-quality training solutions to schools across the country. We are currently seeking a Lead Trainer to join our team on a 3 month fixed term contract basis, starting from April 1st, 2023.

**The Role**:
Lead trainers are the crux of what we do at PET-Xi. As classroom-based managers your job is to ensure the smooth running of our carefully curated courses. We are looking for **enigmatic people** with the ability to **motivate young people**.

All we ask is that you care about the success of young people and are **resilient**. With the support of the delivery team, you will be in charge of ensuring students **learn in a fun and engaging environment**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high-quality training sessions, ensuring learners receive an engaging and interactive learning experience.
- Use a range of training methods and techniques to facilitate learning and development.
- Monitor and evaluate learners' progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with other trainers and staff to ensure the smooth running of training programs.
- Manage and maintain training records, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
- Provide support and guidance to learners throughout their training journey, building strong relationships and helping them to overcome any challenges they may face.
- Feedback to your team at regular intervals to ensure best practice during individualised delivery.
- Complete session reports to a high standard.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage learners and build strong relationships.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- A passion for education and training, with a desire to help learners achieve their full potential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking initiative and showing a proactive approach to work.
- Ability to show resilience on a daily basis with a positive and proactive attitude.
