With a stretching plan for company growth and as part of an ambitious Data and Analytics (D&A) transformation, ViiV has decided to make a significant investment in building advanced analytics capabilities.

**Key Responsibilities**

A Data & Analytics Business Relationship Lead, International is accountable for delivering actionable business insights to the International commercial organization (focus on International markets plus Canada) and for embedding data driven decision-making across the region.
- Act as the principle International change agent for the ViiV Data & Analytics transformation, driving the cultural shift for the full International region towards data driven decision making and agile delivery against critical priorities
- Lead an ongoing dialogue with stakeholders across the business to proactively identify, understand and prioritise opportunities to drive performance using advanced analytics
- Lead and manage Advanced Analytics projects and products, including leading multi-disciplinary sprint teams to translate business needs into data science problems using various techniques including predictive modelling, segmentation, machine learning etc and data from various sources
- Provide strategic leadership for key elements of the Global D&A roadmap for ViiV and play a key role in the global data and analytics community of practice
- Determine and communicate the commercial implications and recommended actions from advanced analytics sprints concisely to senior audiences of various backgrounds. Influence leaders to adopt different and novel approaches, action plans and ensure the appropriate mechanisms are put in place to measure progress / business impact
- Collaborate effectively with other analytics and insights leads within the International business (including digital, sales & payer analytics and market research) to ensure a joined-up approach for partners/stakeholders and integrated solutions which can be rapidly implemented.

**About You**

We are looking for a rare combination of business and technical knowledge, as well as outstanding communication and management skills. You will act as a change agent within the business, driving new behaviours across the region. You will lead cross-functional sprint teams, requiring both the deep business understanding necessary to address business needs and the technical knowledge to manage data scientists, analysts and engineers. You will proactively source, prioritise and present new opportunities to leadership, advocating for a data and analytics approach to key business challenges.

To deliver the above, you will be enthusiastic and energised about data and be proficient in engaging stakeholders and customers to share knowledge about ViiV. You will have a passion for discovering solutions hidden in large data sets and working with stakeholders to improve business outcomes and a proven ability to drive business results with data-based insights to achieve our goals. Ideally you will have the intellectual capacity and ability to continuously expand your own capabilities and those of your team, internalise the latest advances in this rapidly growing field, and be able to translate and signal your abilities to teach this to others. You will be dynamic and engaging, with a real passion for data and learning, and a comfortability of ambiguity in a growing team.

- Bachelor’s Degree in related field (economics, business studies, finance, mathematics, statistics or similar) and significant experience in providing advanced analytics solutions for business problems and/or market research / customer insights / business intelligence
