**Introduction**

Reporting to: Head of Digital Transformation

Hybrid Role: 2 - 3 days per week in the office in Sheffield.

**Summary of Role**

Your primary responsibilities will be to provide consultancy and advice on how Numata and our clients can utilize and exploit the Microsoft modern work tools to improve business operations, communication & collaboration, employee wellbeing, and security. And having helped everyone understand what's possible and raised awareness, you will be integral to implementing the changes and training others.

As a formal representative of Numata you will act as a brand ambassador, maintaining excellent customer and colleague relationships and protecting the Numata brand and values. This will include being active on social media to positively highlight how Numata is leading the way when it comes to helping organisations adopt and benefit from modern working practices.

**Responsibilities**

The key responsibilities of the role will include, but not be limited to, those outlined below.

Working with clients

Helping clients to understand the vast array of Microsoft solutions, what each does, and how they work together to provide awesome user experiences. This will include presentations to executive-level leadership, management teams, and end users.

Participate in calls with potential clients to explain the benefits of the tools in question and how Numata can help solve their business challenges.

Assist with the implementation of the modern workplace tools on client tenants and support the adoption by all users at every level of the organisation.

**Helping Numata to Walk the Walk**

Track updates and service issues with the Microsoft solution stack and raise awareness of relevant changes to the appropriate people (for example, monitoring the Microsoft Roadmap, Message Center Updates, and Service Health).

Continuously educate and upskill yourself on Microsoft products and how these products, features, and platforms can be used to enhance businesses.

Supporting the internal team to configure, administer, and update solutions as required.

Collaborate with the senior leadership team to align our own internal practices with Numata Business IT's strategy and goals.

**Qualifications**

The following qualifications or certifications would be beneficial, but not essential as we will support you to work towards formal awards:

- Relevant higher education or degree related to technology, computer sciences, and/or business.
- Any relevant Microsoft exams or certifications (e.g. M365 Fundamentals; Power Platform Fundamentals; Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals; Teams Administrator).

**Mandatory Experience**
- Delivering great customer service.
- Understanding the clients' organisation, analysing problems, assessing the options to resolve them, and implementing solutions.
- Utilising a combination of the Microsoft Modern Workplace, Viva suite, Power Platform, and Security suite to provide optimal business solutions.

**Desirable / Useful Experience**
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a technology or IT services company.
- An understanding of the Microsoft partner program and its various designations.
- Working in a consultancy / project environment where you need to stay on top of tasks, deadlines, and communication with everyone involved.
- Experience in sales, bids, and administration thereof.

**Technical Skills**
- A love of the end-user (as opposed to heavily technical) elements of IT and how to exploit them to solve business challenges.
- Ability to keep up with the rapid pace of change across the Modern Work solutions.
