Pastoral Lead - Dudley
Are you an experienced Head of Year or Pastoral Lead looking for a new challenge? This large secondary school in Dudley is looking to add a pastoral lead to the team to support children who have faced academic and social barriers. This role requires a Pastoral Lead who is an excellent communicator and understand the challenges that young people face.
As a pastoral Lead at this school, you will be providing support across Key Stage 4, delivering 1-2-1 intervention sessions and supporting teaching staff with classroom management. This school has outstanding leadership and you will be joining an experienced and proactive team of Pastoral Leads. This role requires precious experience as a Pastoral Lead, Head of Year or Behaviour Lead within a school setting.
Job Role:

- Providing behavioural support across Key Stage 4- Delivering 1-2-1 intervention sessions focused on improving behaviours and personal development- Effectively communicating with parents, carers and outside agencies- Working with a small team of experienced Pastoral Leads to provide outstanding support- Attending safeguarding meetings with the DSL and safeguarding team- Ensuring that students are supported effectively across Key Stage 4In return you will enjoy:
