This is a 6 month temporary contract for a Enrolment/Billing Representative offering a hybrid working environment once training has been completed.

As an Enrolment/Billing Representative your duties will include:

- Delivering straightforward administrative and other basic business services in enrolment and billing.
- Provide financial related support for banking or billing related functions to new and existing accounts.
- Set up, manage, reconcile, process and balance bank or customer accounts.
- Work with internal and external customers, banks, vendors, and partners to resolve issues.
- Create, analyse and respond to standard and non-standard reports.
- Bill and collect outstanding payments or issues payments.
- Audit accounts for compliance.
- Supports mid to large markets.
- Previous experience in enrolment and billing
- A good understanding of business operating processes and procedures
- Work to clearly defined procedures under close supervision
- Exceptional IT skills especially excel and working with large amounts of data
- Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
