Are you passionate about health, safety and the environment? Do you have a knack for administration and a desire to drive continuous improvement? If so, we’re looking for a Health & Safety Administrator to join our team in the UK and support our Head of HSE in enhancing our management systems.

**Location**: Heathrow/Hybrid (ideally 2-3 days in the office, will include travel to other sites across the UK and Ireland)

**Salary**: Up to £40k per annum depending on experience

**What will you be doing?**
- Supporting the company in identifying and managing HSE risks, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Empowering operational staff to take ownership of HSE on site.
- Driving governance and assurance processes for HSE performance.
- Assisting with incident investigations and HSE inspections using iAuditor.
- Participating in audits to monitor and enhance HSE systems and procedures.
- Conducting 1-2-1 workstation assessments when needed.
- Assisting with external audits for customers and ISO standards.
- Organising first aid and fire warden training.
- Preparing monthly statistics, slides, minutes, and action plans for HSE committee meetings.

**About You**
- Experienced as either an HSE administrator or coordinator.
- Experience of a similar role within transport/logistics or a similar multi-site environment.
- Possess NEBOSH Level 3 or equivalent.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- IT literate/working with databases and dashboards
- Full clean driver’s license with the ability to travel regularly around the UK and Ireland
