**Main purpose**

You own the service relationship with the assigned Suppliers and act as a primary contact for all orders and logistics queries.

Your mission is to act as a liaison, provide logistics/service information and resolve any problems that our stakeholders might face.

As an Order and Logistics coordinator you execute the end-to-end Export process in a way that revenue of orders are optimized and costs of failure are minimized

**Your key Responsibilities**:

- Own the service relationship with the assigned suppliers of both products and services, acting as primary contact for accounts and Traders Teams members on both inbound and outbound requests for all queries related to orders and operational activities
- Coordinate end-to-end export process, including cost effective selection of road and sea transport in line with supplier schedule, customer needs and country of destination requirements
- Execute relevant logistics functions in ERP tool and non-ERP tool
- Continuously review, manage and proactively communicate on bookings
- Actively monitor deviations from standard process
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to solve problems and deliver solutions to accounts
- Continuously innovate and look for new ways to improve the service we provide and increase business efficiency
- Embrace the continuous improvement by actively share knowledge, best practices, bottlenecks/challenges

**Are you the one?**
- Previous successful and min 2+ years of relevant experience in logistics
- Excellent communication skills and collaboration ability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure
- Prioritizing workload throughout the day and ensuring data accuracy
- Logistics acumen, Inland haulage and Ocean freight
- Preferably knowledge of an ERP tool
- Fluent in English
- Living in Netherlands or UK
