United Lincolnshire Hospitals are looking to recruit a hard working, enthusiastic individuals to join our team of porters at Pilgrim Hospital, Boston.

The role of the Porter is to support the smooth day to day operational running of our hospital that will provide a safe healthcare environment.

This post will have a start date on or after 01-April-2024

**General portering duties will include**:
have good communication skills

have a flexible and adaptable approach to prioritise workload

have good customer service skills

be friendly and approachable

be reliable with good time management

have the ability to work in a physical environment

have the ability to work individually and as part of a team

have awareness of Infection Prevention and Control practices within a healthcare environment

be passionate about delivering a high quality service

Previous portering experience is desirable though full training will be given. Uniform and PPE will be provided.
