**Responsibilities**:
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and accurately responding to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Accurate inputting of information to our Dealer Management System.
- Assist customers with bookings & updates on work in progress.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges of parts ordered for bookings.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as necessary
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
