**Your Responsibilities Will Include**:

- Spearheading the delivery and continuous improvement of nursing services, guaranteeing care is both high-calibre and individualised.
- Leading from the front on all things governance, risk, and budget management within the nursing sphere.
- Being the guiding light for senior nursing staff, creating an environment where collaboration is key and empowerment is the norm.
- Upholding the role of Registered Manager, ensuring all CQC standards are not just met but exceeded.
- Embedding a culture where safeguarding and the welfare of service users are paramount, in line with our client’s core values and ethos.
