A Smart Repairer will carry out alloy wheel refurbishment in Cargiant's state of the art Paint Shop.

**Duties/Responsibilities**
- Take part in removing wheels from cars and carry out tyre stripping (when/if required).
- Inspect then prep alloy wheels which require refurbishment.
- Operate diamond cut machine on applicable wheel types.
- Operate pre-treatment, powder coating and curing oven machines.
- Fit and balance tyres (when/if required).
- Take collect vehicles from other departments (when/if required).
- Carry out quality checks on completed jobs.
- Ensure all work is carried out within health safety guidelines.
- Undertake any other ad hoc tasks as requested by management and senior staff.

**Health Safety Responsibilities**
- It is each employee’s responsibility to ensure that the environment in which they work in is safe for them and others.
- This includes reporting all accidents and near misses to management.
- Reporting any potential issues which could cause harm.
- Behave in a manner which acts in line with the standards set out in the Health and Safety Manual and Company Handbook.

**Essential Requirements**
- Relevant qualifications or experience in vehicle painting or smart repairs/alloy wheel refurbishment.
- Good communication skills.
- Attention to detail and passion to deliver excellent results of own work.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as a member of a very well-oiled Team.
- The drive to work at World’s Largest Car Dealership to the best of your ability
