**Location**:Various sites across London, Essex and the South East including occasional jobs in further areas

**Salary**:Negotiable (depending on skills and experience)

Pioneer Site Services Ltd are looking to employ additional multi trade operatives to join our well established team specialising in social housing and block property maintenance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Undertaking tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, painting, declining/boarding, plastering and decorating, and more on a daily basis
- Carrying out general maintenance work,repairs and installations
- To liaise closely with Contract Managers and supervisors to ensure work is completed to specifications.
- Completing all necessary paperwork to facilitate the billing of the client and completion of job reports.
- Ability to work to a high standard, organise daily workload and meet targets.

**Requirements**:

- Own tools essential
- CSCS/Relevant trade Card
- Abestos awareness qualifcations

**Additional Information**:

- Van supplied - Full valid UK driving license required
- Uniform supplied
- Own tools essential

- Abestos awareness qualification
- PAYE/Self employed positions available.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

**Salary**: £150.00-£190.00 per day
