Production Teamleader

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Team management and development including PDR reviews and development planning
- Absence and Holiday management of your team, along with co-ordination with other Operations areas
- Safety, Quality, Delivery and Productivity measurement and reporting at daily +QDIP meetings
- Install and Sustain 5S/SWK (Standard Work Kaizens) and lead Kaizen events
- Install and Sustain TPM (Total Preventative Maintenance) in your assigned area
- Work with the training coordinator to assist training, coaching and certifying associates (new/existing and temps) in all aspects of relevant Cell SWK
- Identify training gaps and work with Production Manager and Training Coordinator to close
- Maintaining Training Matrix in order to comply with internal and external auditing bodies
- Using problem solving process (PSP) for identifying and fixing quality issues
- Ensure on time delivery to customer is met
- Identifying and fixing (PSP) productivity/bottleneck issues
- Repairs of faulty Cell products where necessary
