My client based in Huddersfield are looking for a Front of House/Personal Assistant to join their busy town centre high street office.

**Responsibilities**
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
- Handle requests and queries appropriately.
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Make travel arrangements.
- Welcome clients and customers
- General administration duties

**The Person**
- Excellent face to face and over the phone customer service
- Keen eye of deal
- Administration experience

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm with 1 in 4 or 5 Saturdays (day off in lieu)

Annual salary £22,000-£23,000 depending on experience
