As a Utility Surveyor you will work closely with the Senior Surveyor to provide and deliver quality-assured field data for Underground Utility Mapping, Drainage surveys, and additional surveying services, techniques, and procedures for clients across a variety of sectors throughout the UK&I. Under supervision, the role will support the delivery of quoted work schedules and site planning from the client’s scope. This role will be responsible for full ownership and end-to-end activity delivery on a variety of projects; hence the role will require time in the field as well as the completion of office-based duties such as compiling survey data and report writing.

Being a team-player is vital as you will work collaboratively with the wider Geomatics team on projects of varied complexity using state-of-the-art equipment. You will bring some current experience in delivering Underground Utility surveying services, with an existing knowledge of a range of surveying equipment and use of surveying software.

This role will require a large amount of field-based work throughout the UK, potentially with some work away from home or night work. You will be provided with a company fleet vehicle and the use of state-of-the-art survey equipment. We have teams based across the UK mainland and Northern Ireland so can offer flexibility on your location base. Our core locations are Stafford, Milton Keynes, Edinburgh Ratho, Bristol, Warrington and Belfast.

**Requirements**:

- Existing experience in delivering Underground Utility surveying services essential
- Competent in carrying out below-ground utility surveys and mapping surveys, to PAS128 standards in both collecting and post-processing of the site data.
- Competent user of Surveying equipment such as Electromagnetic and Ground Penetrating Radar.
- Competent user of AutoDesk software such as CAD, and Revit.
- GCSEs in maths and English in grades A-C (4-9) are desirable
- MS office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential
- Full UK driving licence
