Job Title: Fabricator

Salary/Band: £12.50 per hour

Role Overview: As the Lead Fabricator, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing of windows and doors for our company. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of products and leading a team of fabricators to meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the fabrication process of windows and doors to ensure top-quality products are produced.

2. Lead and manage a team of fabricators, providing guidance and support to meet production targets.

3. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure materials are available for production.

4. Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.

5. Continuously look for ways to improve production processes and efficiency.

Qualifications and Characteristics:
1. Prior experience in window fabrication is required.

2. Hardworking and dedicated individual who wants to grow within the company.

3. Strong leadership and team management skills.

4. Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.

5. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and techniques.
