**Job Title**: Inventory Assistant

**Location**:Tottenham, London

**Salary**: £24,000 - £26,000 per year (depending on experience)

**Job type**:The role is a full-time position working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, working an 8hr shift between the hours of 8am - 6.30pm. Overtime will be required as the need arises.

**About the role**:
Pixipixel are currently recruiting for a lighting equipment inventory assistant to join our friendly team based in Tottenham. The inventory assistant role is a key part of maintaining stock integrity at Pixipixel, performing various stock control processes including stocking in new assets, conducting stock checks and disposing of damaged or lost equipment.

Pixipixel is under a 10 minutes' walk from Meridian Water station, which has direct links to Tottenham Hale and Stratford stations.

**Key responsibilities**:

- To perform stock checks across the business, including the processing and actioning of results.
- To identify and resolve issues with inventory levels as they arise.
- To set up and stock in new products in the inventory management system.
- To complete data entry tasks related to stock.
- To work with maintenance to decommission assets damaged beyond repair.
- To work with the operations team to dispose assets lost from hires.
- To resolve issues with lost barcodes and barcode serial number reconciliation.
- To continually develop your product knowledge in order to contribute more effectively to the business and the team.
- To ensure that leased, third party and fixed assets are accurately labelled and in the inventory management system.
- To act as the first line of support for inventory and availability issue within the inventory management system.
**Skills and experience required**:

- Excellent numeracy and literacy.
- PC literate to include Outlook, Internet, Word and Excel and current rental software.
- Experience with rental software or other inventory management systems.
- An understanding of inventory management principles.
- Health and safety awareness.
