**About you**

The successful applicant should have a passion for working with pupils who have special educational needs and disabilities, with some experience working with children and in supporting teaching and learning. You may be working in a similar role such as a healthcare assistant, if you are passionate, caring, and have good communication skills we can offer all the training and support you need to become a Learning Partner/Teaching Assistant with us.

**The Role**

We are looking to appoint Learning Partners/Senior Teaching Assistants to join our dedicated and friendly team. The main purpose of the Learning Partner is to support teaching and learning within classes. The role requires enthusiasm, hard work and a passion for supporting high quality learning to maximise a pupil's potential.
