**Job Title**:MARAC Administrator

**Location**: Warwickshire, Leamington Spa
**Salary**: £19,079.04 per annum
**Contract type**: Part Time, Permanent

**Hours**: 28.5

The post holder will assist the MARAC Coordinator and the MARAC officer to administer the operation of the Warwickshire Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC) associated administrative tasks as directed by the duty manager and MARAC Coordinator. The domestic abuse service in Warwickshire co-ordinates the MARAC - Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conferences, these are meetings where information is shared on the highest risk domestic abuse cases between representatives of local police, health, child protection, housing practitioners, Independent Domestic Violence Advisors (IDVAs), probation and other specialists from the statutory and voluntary sectors.

**Essential Skills or Experience**

For us it is important that you are passionate, committed and care about the work Refuge undertakes. Not all roles require previous experience in the Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) sector. You may be able to bring relevant experience from another industry or transferable skills from a different type of role or volunteering/community experience.

We are looking for women with experience of providing high quality welfare support service to survivors of domestic violence and other forms of violence and abuse, excellent interpersonal, listening skills and ability to communicate effectively with children; Good administration skills and an understanding of GDPR; excellent organisational skills with the ability to use own initiative and commitment to work within and maintain Refuge’s core values.
