**Caretaker**

Location: St Cuthbert’s Catholic Primary School**, **Ropery Lane, Chester-Le-Street, Co. Durham, DH3 3PH

Grade: Grade D SCP 5 - 7 (£21,575 - £22,369 per annum, pro rata)

Hours: 17 to 22 Hours per Week, Permanent, Full Year

Hours are to be agree within the hours below:
6:00 am - 10:00 am (Monday - Friday)

2:30 pm - 6:00 pm (Monday - Thursday)

2.30 pm - 5.30 pm (Friday)

Duties include:

- General caretaking and cleaning duties as directed by the School Business Manager.
- Repairs and maintenance of all school buildings and premises, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards.
- Ensuring the safety and security of the school site(s).
- Ensuring that the school grounds are maintained to the highest standards.
