Outdoors-loving Gamer

_*This role is a private arrangement with a family or person who is seeking support for someone else or themselves. Humans Cornwall have a dedicated team to help identify personal assistants; these will be funded by the family or person, or they may receive a Direct payment for care and support from Cornwall council.*_

**Location: St. Erth**

**Physically fit young man who enjoys getting out and about, socialising, playing guitar, gaming and doing outdoor activities, seeks a proactive personal assistant to support him at home and in the community. He has a diagnosis of Acquired brain injury, Encephalitis, Diabetes and Epilepsy.**

**Support required**:

- Accessing community
- Support with socialising
- Meal preparation
- Medication prompting

**Hourly rate of pay: £11.50**

**Total hours: Up to 56hrs per week**

**Essential**:

- Full driving licence
- Ability to work on own initiative and adapt to the needs of the people they support

**Desirable**:

- Ability to confidently support in emergency situations
- *Pension Scheme and Annual leave included_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 0-56 per week

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour
