We are recruiting a **Domestic Assistant **to join the team at our **Amelia Court** development in **Worthing, West Sussex.**

**Hourly rate**: £10.42 per hour

**Hours**: 30 hours per week, Mon to Fri - 8.30am-2.30pm, Plus to work 2 out of 4 weekends a month alternating either a Saturday or Sunday to cover the lunch service 12.30pm-2.30pm but this will be on a rota basis.

**Domestic Assistant Responsibilities**:

- Domestic support and housekeeping, including weekly homeowner apartment cleans, laundry service and communal area cleaning
- Supporting in the Bistro or Restaurant
- Opportunity for overtime within nearby developments

There is also the opportunity to develop your skills and train further to become a Duty Manager should you wish to.

**Skills and Experience**:

- A caring personality and the want to make a difference to people’s lives
- Experience of domestic cleaning would be ideal or experience of working in a customer care or service role in a similar environment, such as health & social care, hospitality, retail, domestic services or even caring for a family member.
- Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleaning
- Considerate, patient and professional
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Be friendly and approachable
- A hardworking diligent nature and good time keeping
