The Social & PR Coordinator will be responsible for marketing KOI’s upcoming and existing products to our online community, heroing newness and continuing to push existing styles in a way that’s fresh, exciting and resonates with KOI’s community and aesthetics This will be through content ideated for and shot in-house, and through UGC content created by influencers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Working directly underneath our Creative & Marketing Manager, ideate for, develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with KOI’s brand image and marketing goals.
- Take the lead with KOI’s TikTok and Instagram account, creating content that heroes the product and resonates with our key demographics and audiences.
- Continuously ideate for and create exciting and visually appealing content, including videography (TikTok & Instagram Reels) and stills.
- Curate KOI’s Instagram feed, adhering to all key social pillars and creating a visually appealing and well-rounded aesthetic.
- Take the lead with KOI’s dedicated menswear Instagram account, strategising for, curating and managing.
- Continue to grow KOI’s online community, identifying new audiences and creating content that draws in new followers - they came for the content and stayed for the product
- Plan Instagram stories according to key marketing activations across the business, identifying opportunities to push products and events to KOI’s followers, and briefing in to KOI’s Digital Designer.
- Copywriting across all social platforms, engaging KOI’s dedicated online community, building up hype for product launches and collections, and driving engagement by creating conversations between our community members.
- Build and nurture an active and engaged online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly while discovering potential forums and spaces we can be involved in, and foster meaningful connections with KOI’s followers and customers.
- Identifying and collaborating with relevant influencers and content creators, amplifying the Brands’ reach and gifting to produce content to be used across KOI’s channels, contributing to the Brands’ image and reflecting all aesthetics and subcultures.
- Support the development and maintenance of relationships with influencers to create authentic and impactful campaigns.
- Support the tracking and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to social media and marketing efforts. Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations to guide decision-making.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media algorithms, and emerging technologies which will be discussed and actioned in meetings.

**About You**
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in social media management and marketing is essential, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Creative and visual storytelling skills are an absolute MUST
- A creative thinker with a commercial approach.
- Good at understanding a brand language and implementing it in written form.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and contribute to strategy adjustments.
- Know what takes an idea from good, to industry-leading Able to translate ideas into a visually exciting final result.
- Understanding of KOI’s target audiences and demographics.
- Able to take a collection and translate this into a social-forward campaign

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00 per year
