Car Salesperson

**Duties**:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in a vehicle
- Provide information about available car models, features, and pricing
- Conduct test drives to showcase the performance and features of vehicles
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements with customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets
- Follow up with potential customers to maintain relationships and secure future sales
- Stay updated on industry trends, new car models, and competitor offerings
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment

**Requirements**:

- Excellent organizational skills to manage customer interactions, paperwork, and inventory control
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
- Ability to effectively cold call potential customers to generate leads
- Proficient in retail math for pricing negotiations and financing options
- Basic math skills for calculating payments, discounts, and commissions
- Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences in car models
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Note: Prior experience in car sales is preferred but not required. We provide comprehensive training for motivated individuals.

**Salary**: £22,073.00-£26,422.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Winford, BS40 8HB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
