Our services include onsite chair massages, yoga & meditation sessions, and wellbeing days at companies. Our latest offering is the online wellbeing store (EMS Wellbeing Store) which provides a curated range of natural, sustainable, and high-quality self-care & wellbeing products.

**Role**:

- **Act as an Influencer and Ambassador for the brand and grow its awareness & reach amongst the target audience**_

The role will involve managing marketing and social media content creation and implementation for the EMS Wellbeing Store and Services business. The incumbent will report to the Director and work closely with them on all marketing initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with the Director on the overall Marketing Strategy & Plan for the ecommerce store and ensure successful implementation
- Work with the Director on the Brand & Communications strategy and overall messaging for both businesses
- Create engaging and relevant social media content (including product photos and ‘in use’ product videos) for various platforms such as Instagram, Pinterest, Linkedin, TikTok, website blogs, etc.
- Create and implement a monthly social media calendar
- Write one/two engaging blog posts for the website on wellbeing and self-care related topics on a monthly basis
- Set & achieve defined quarterly engagement and reach targets
- Research and present latest trends in wellness, self-care and social media
- Track & research popular & competitor trends and come up with new innovative ideas for promotion of the brand
- Identify & Create partnerships with Micro Influencers aligned with the brand
- Get involved in product photography projects and Pop Up Events
- Create marketing materials for social media as well as on-ground marketing campaigns on Canva

**Other Details**:
The role will be on a One Year Fixed Term Contract. It will be on payroll for 30 hours per week, with a salary of £10.50 per hour. Flexible working options available. The role requires the incumbent to work remotely except when they will be required to attend team meetings, Pop Up events and photography shoots. They must be available to attend in-person team meetings and events as required. The incumbent will be expected to work on their personal laptop.

**Location**:In and around London would be preferred as you would be required to commute at least once a week.

**Expected Joining Date: 1st June 2023 or earlier (Immediate)**

**Qualifications & Skillsets**
- One to three years of experience in a product marketing/social media marketing role
- Degree or equivalent level of education (Marketing Specialisation desirable)
- Experience with using MS Office tools like word, excel and power point
- Self-driven, proactive approach with a keen eye for details
- Strong copywriting skills - blog posts, captions, stories etc.
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills
- Photography and Photoshop skills (preferred)
- Experience of working on Canva
- Keen eye for latest design and social media trends
