Job Summary:We are currently seeking a dedicated Laborer to join our team in Birmingham. As a Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on construction sites and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.Duties:

- Assisting skilled tradespeople such as bricklayers, carpenters, and plasterers
- Loading and unloading materials
- Cleaning and preparing construction sites
- Operating hand and power tools under supervision
- Digging trenches and compacting earthExperience:

- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction environments
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniquesBenefits:
