**Location: Maidstone Office Base but projects cover London, South East and Home Counties.**

My Client is a contractor who carries out maintenance, construction and refurbishment works within the construction industry. Their Client core consists of retail, commercial, public and private sectors.

My Client is focused on providing a consistently reliable service.

Projects range from small reactive maintenance projects to £5million pound multi trade F10 projects.

**Must be keen and enthusiastic and want to develop**
- Ambitious and enthusiastic towards their career and projects
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working within Fit-out / Roofing / Building / Maintenance / Refurb
- Computer literate

**Duties**
- Ensuring all deadlines are met
- Liaising with clients
- Variations
- Finalise tender bids
- Handovers
- Understand and scrutinise Sub-Contractor quotations
- Measuring and take offs for materials and labour
- Reviewing of tender drawings & specifications
