**Position Overview:
Do you have a passion for people\uD83E\uDD70? As a Park Supervisor, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets, closely monitoring success criteria, engaging in the rental and product delivery of virtual queuing solutions to Guests, representing
**accesso **in on-site meetings and technical support for minor software or hardware. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fun and fast paced team supporting the management of accesso Loqueue operations at both Chessington World of Adventures and LEGOLAND Windsor Resort.

You should be a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual who will do whatever it takes to meet a clients‘ needs. You are an excellent communicator (both verbally and written), organized and thorough. You’re a strong team player, work well under pressure and willing to learn new technologies.

**Location**: Legoland Windsor Resort and Chessington World of Adventures

**Reports to**: Park Manager - Chessington World of Adventures

**Travel**✈️
** Requirement**: 50% between LEGOLAND Windsor Resort and Chessington World of Adventures

**What You'll be Working On**:

- Driving accesso **LoQueueSM** solutions in-park sales and promotional activities.
- Engaging in the registration process of the virtual queuing solution.
- Training and supervising of sales & park staff.
- Providing guest service support at the accesso sales offices and at rides.
- Technical support for minor software or hardware issues and escalating if required.
- Maintain and build outstanding lines of communication with stakeholders at both Parks and accesso, including Operations, Support and Development.
- Managing the accesso operation and reporting back to accesso.
- Provide continual evaluation of processes and procedures. Responsible for suggesting methods to improve operations, efficiency and service to both internal and external customers.

**What you Bring to the Role**:

- Self-motivated anddisciplined.
- Strong interpersonal skills for working within a highly collaborative, cross-functional and team-orientated environment.
- Be able to professionally and effectively communicate with external clients with strong written and verbal skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
- Theme park or leisure industry experience desired.
- Retail and/or operational experience desired.
- Guest service and recovery experience favorable.
- Ability to spend long periods of time standing or moving or working at height.
- Full UK driving license.
- Must be able to workdays, evenings, weekends and holidays to meet business needs.
- Able to work in all weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors.
