We are looking for caring, flexible and motivated team players to join our community response team and make a difference to people’s lives in their hour of need.

We're dedicated to delivering high-quality support, ensuring that every person receives the care and respect they deserve.

You will respond to emergency calls and provide appropriate and effective services to individuals in their own homes, promoting independence, dignity, and support.

A full UK driving license is essential, along with an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or a willingness to work towards and the flexibility to work shifts. You will have a good understanding of computers and proficient typing skills.

Medical experience is not required; however some practical experience in the care sector is desirable, along with an awareness of the issues associated with working with older or vulnerable people and knowledge about social care, and/or other services provided by the local authority.

Registration with Social Care Wales is desirable but not essential as full support will be given to achieve this.
