GI Group are excited to be working with a fantastic Commercial Vehicle dealer group who operate at a national level. Due to company growth, they are looking for an individual to join them in a Parts Advisor role within their approved Ford Dealership.
You will be a knowledgeable parts advisor able to provide excellent customer service. Our client believes that their colleagues are their most important asset and are excited to hear from energetic, passionate administrators who are looking for a new opportunityand can provide high levels of customer service.
As a Parts Advisor your duties will be as follows:

- To undertake training within the Parts Department and at our manufacturer partners
- Identify the internal and external customer vehicle parts requirements using state of the art manufacturer systems to keep the wheels on the industry turning
- Stock management to maintain correct stock profiles for customer requirements
- To drive the sales of seasonal products and deliver first class customer service to upsell products
- To understand key performance targets and support your colleagues and team to achieve them
- To understand and provide excellent customer service through various communication methods
- To become a Brilliant Team member within the Parts Department
- To embrace all opportunities of learning and developing alongside some of our Brilliant Parts Sales Advisors.
- To respect the property of the Company and any property for which the Company is responsible, or which is in their care.
- To assist with general housekeeping duties required within the parts department.

Part's Advisor's should demonstrate:

- Experience working with Commercial Vehicle or car parts
- Minimum 1 years' experience
- Display a high level of customer service
- IT Literacy
- Brilliant levels of communication written or verbal
- Enthusiastic, Team Player, Flexible.
