**About the Role**

**Base Location**: Glasgow, Perth, Aberdeen or Inverness

**Salary**: £30,272 - £35,194 + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

The duties and responsibilities of the Asset Information & System Data Specialist are:

- Provide technical knowledge for the operation and continuous improvement of our Asset Management related systems ensuring we can provide accurate, consistent and timely data relating to Asset Management, in particular Maximo as an enterprise asset management system.
- Assisting with the construction of planned maintenance within Maximo and the continuous development of the asset register as well as data entry and manipulation.
- Preparation of all required data to ensure integrity and validation whilst developing, manipulating, and mapping final deliverable load files and ensuring quality and integrity complies with our specification.
- Ensuring that all key milestones meet the data quality specifications required throughout projects and operations.
- Monitoring the performance of vendors and other direct suppliers in their contractual conformance with regard to data deliverables and provide the business with effective reporting from related systems to provide timely and accurate performance indicators and information on emerging trends within the asset data.

**What do I need?**

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

- Experience in a similar role, you will have strong operational knowledge of Maximo 7.6.
- As an analytical thinker and natural problem solver, you will be aptly skilled to deliver the day-to-day operation of the Enterprise Asset Management system by demonstrating competence through handling complex engineering and optimisation options that arise from the use of data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are key to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- You will also be perceptive with an appreciation of the regulatory context that the data being delivered into our systems will be vital for working within a tightly regulated framework.
