Hays Technology are currently seeking for a Desktop Support Analyst for 3 months (on site in Kenilworth)
**What you will be doing:
**Your responsibilities as a Desktop Support Analyst include troubleshooting and maintaining desktop computing environments. You will be responsible for all aspects of incident management, including logging analysing, resolving and supporting hardwareand software issues. Typically, this will include installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading all hardware and equipment, including, but not limited to desktops, laptops, thin clients, printers, scanners, copiers, smart-phones, tables andbar code readers
**What we are looking for**:

- Solid desktop support experience
- SCCM
- Windows 10 upgrades
- Incident management
**What you'll get in return**
£20 - 26 per hour (inside IR35)
