Como um Agente do Serviço Europeu de Apoio ao Cliente com foco em Jogo Responsável, você fará parte da equipe que auxilia e fornece suporte aos nossos clientes utilizando o idioma Português Brasileiro no turno "Tarde/Noite".
Seu papel consistirá em interagir com os clientes que possam estar sob risco, ou já estar experiênciando danos associados à atividade de apostas. Você deverá garantir que estes clientes recebam o melhor serviço possível enquanto aderem às nossas políticase procedimentos de Jogo Responsável.
A área de Jogo Responsável é extremamente importante para nós e nossa equipe de suporte dedicada a este tema auxilia nossos clientes, motivando-os a fazer apostas de forma mais segura. Assim que começar a trabalhar conosco, você irá participar de nosso excelenteprograma de treinamento, que é parte de nosso plano de desenvolvimento contínuo para promover progressão e sucesso durante toda a sua jornada conosco.

Esta vaga é elegível para inclusão na política de trabalho híbrido da empresa, por meio da qual você terá a opção de trabalhar até três dias em casa.
**Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience**:
- Saber ouvir o que o cliente tem a dizer;
- Comunicação verbal e escrita de nível fluente/nativo em Português Brasileiro;
- Boas habilidades de comunicação em inglês;
- Saber colocar o cliente em primeiro lugar;
- Capacidade de resolver problemas e encontrar soluções apropriadas;
- Excelência em aderir às políticas e procedimentos relevantes;
- Demonstrar interesse em aprender;
- Capacidade de realizar múltiplas tarefas, mantendo a atenção nos detalhes;
- Compreender as necessidades dos clientes;
- Saber tomar decisões de forma confiante, visando apoiar nossos clientes.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Fornecer suporte aos clientes que demonstrem sinais de problemas com apostas;
- Comunicar-se de forma eficaz com nossos clientes que falam Português Brasileiro;
- Utilização de ferramentas internas para prestar auxílio e solucionar o problema dos clientes;
- Estabelecer um bom relacionamento com outros departamentos internos;
- Encaminhar dúvidas para níveis superiores quando for necessário;
- Promover o jogo seguro;
- Manter-se informado sobre políticas, procedimentos e requisitos de licença;
- Aplicar Autoexclusão em contas de clientes;
- Saber lidar com dúvidas e reclamações sobre apostas e Jogo Responsável.
