Structures Supervisor

We’re looking for a Structures Supervisor to join our Highways team based in Shrewsbury. **Responsibilities**

As Structures Supervisor you’ll be working within the maintenance team, supporting them with budget spends, scheduling reactive and capital works, programming works, managing staff performance, ensuring health, safety and well-being are at the highest possible standard.

Your day to day will include:

- Planning programme & schedule structures work, carrying out safety audits, briefing and de-briefing direct labour and contractors daily, ensuring health, safety and wellbeing are kept to the highest standard and align to Kier standards
- Ensuring CDM Regulations and temporary works responsibilities are adhered to across all works
- Monitor supply chain partners, assisting commercial teams with claiming value for completed works, making sure all supply-chain RAMS are reviewed and signed off prior to any working instruction

**Who are we looking for?**

This role of Structures Supervisor is great for you if you can:

- Provide a current SSSTS/SMSTS qualification and NRSWA
- Show a familiarity with construction and all highways works
- Be flexible in hours of work and travel across different sites
