Responsibilities:

- Assist in the daily care and supervision of children in the nursery
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to play and learn
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities, such as reading, arts and crafts, and outdoor play
- Help with nappy changes, feeding, and naptime routines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursery area
- Communicate with parents regarding their child's day and any concerns or updates

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with young children preferred
- Knowledge of basic child development principles and practices
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
- Knowledge of Flying Start would be helpful, but not a requirement

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour
