Anderson Knight is recruiting for a Helpdesk Operator for a well-established company based in Glasgow.

The position requires handling both incoming and outgoing phone calls. It entails collaborating with co-workers, engineers, and contractors to ensure efficient management of tasks such as data entry for purchase orders, processing contractor quotes, and validating invoices.

Shift pattern - 4 on 4 off (Nightshift between the hours of 21:30-07:30).

Salary - £25,334.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Managing both incoming and outgoing calls swiftly, while efficiently recording job details on the company database.
- Facilitating collaboration between contractors and Technicians to meet high standards of service.
- Collaborating closely with customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Handling a range of administrative duties including quoting, processing orders, and managing correspondence.
- Overseeing the entire process of job management from start to finish.
- Contributing as a team member to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.

**Key Attributes and Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team and effectively manage own workload.
- Administrative experience, including knowledge of Microsoft office packages.
- Previous contact centre/call centre/helpdesk experience.
