Here at Pendragon, we’re going through a period of exciting transformation and we’re looking for a Online Merchandising Executive to help shape our future.

Working within the Digital team, you’ll be responsible for establishing and executing effective marketing principles for the product range across the website portfolio. Reporting in to the Head of Revenue Optimisation, and working closely with stakeholders across the marketing function, you’ll implement improved merchandising presentation, content and tools, whilst utilising data to test and continuously improve the customer experience and drive-up key conversion and revenue KPI’s.

**What you’ll be responsible for in your role**:

- You’ll establish best practice merchandising principles, content and KPIs for vehicle, and aftersales products across the business. Working closely with key stakeholders you’ll review current processes to ensure these best practices are consistently adopted across the portfolio, identifying gaps and delivering plans to address any issues
- You’ll identify opportunities to improve online merchandising to drive revenue including: search, filters, listing pages, cross-sell and up-sell locations and logic
- With a goal of improving the customer experience and driving-up key revenue KPI’s, you’ll plan and implement merchandising test plans - reviewing test performance, reporting back on key findings and utilising these findings to optimise the merchandising principles and presentation
- You’ll work closely with the Digital team to shape and influence the website development roadmap, improving merchandising capability and execution whilst regularly reviewing competitors and out-of-sector best practice to ensure we deliver a sector leading proposition

**Do you have what it takes to be a Pendragon Associate? What we’re looking for**:

- You’ll be driven by results, and have a good understanding of the importance of revenue optimisation online, with a solid grasp of the principles of ecommerce and an appreciation of techniques used to drive revenue
- You’ll be a self starter, highly organised with the ability to multi-task, manage time efficiently and deliver to deadlines, often under pressure
- You’ll understand the importance of seeking and using data to make better decisions, and will be able to use insights to make decisions and gain by in from stakeholders
- Ideally you will have proven hands-on experience of merchandising, customer journeys, online marketing and web analytics. An interest and understanding of how data models, machine learning and AI could be used to enhance digital customer experiences, especially in online merchandising, would be highly desirable
