**Front of House Assistant**

**Job Purpose**

To deliver high quality food & beverages to customers, assisting to ensure that the customers experience high quality service at all times.

Must have own transport and hospitality experience essential

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- To work alongside the Restaurant Manager and his small team ensuring that standards of both food & drinks service are consistently high
- In your capacity as an assistant you will be required to play a vital role with the service delivery of lunch/dinner shifts within the Bar and Restaurant
- Ensure the department is prepared and organised to meet all business requirements
- Ensure all company and cash handling procedures are adhered to at all times and any discrepancies identified are fully investigated with appropriate action taken
- Evaluate guest feedback obtained, both internally & externally, taking relevant action on feedback points received
- To undertake any other reasonable duty as requested by a member of the Management team
