You will have at least 3 months recent experience as a Caretaker within a Primary school and offer the following:

- Be dynamic and strive for excellence.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
- Practical DIY skills to carry out minor repairs.
- The ability to manage your own workload.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- The ability to supervise cleaning staff and manage contractors.
- Awareness of health, safety, security, and hygiene issues.
- Be physically fit.
- Must have a DBS and an in-date passport.
