Links Labels & Tapes is a dynamic business manufacturing self-adhesive labels to the trade and direct to end users. We are specialists in digital and multi-layered labels with additional capabilities in both flexographic print and plain labels.
We have an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join the busy commercial team at our label manufacturing facility in Bourne, Lincolnshire.

You will process customer enquiries, produce print job estimates and gather the necessary resources for print jobs to be raised. Furthermore, you will liaise with the customer throughout the process until their job is despatched to keep them abreast of its progress. This will involve working with colleagues in all departments of the business and all seniority levels. You will also assist with other duties within the department as part of holiday or sickness cover.
- Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate with clients regarding their enquiries, gather information for quoting and assist them with live orders.
- Produce accurate and timely estimates _from_ customer enquiries using the internal MIS system.
- Package purchase orders, spreadsheets, and artwork files so that jobs may be raised promptly and correctly.
- Consult with the appropriate Department Managers to determine production capabilities and optimal production processes.
- Be the first point of contact, advising and providing direction to colleagues seeking specifications on a project.
- Produce reports for your Line Manager using internal systems.
You will have previous experience in a similar position in the print industry, label specific experience is advantageous.
- Focused on customer service, you will have excellent communication skills and a positive demeanour.
- Strong computing and analytical skills, proficiency with Microsoft Excel is vital and previous experience of a print-based MIS would be beneficial.
- A problem solver with a keen eye for detail, orders may comprise hundreds of SKUs, so precision is essential.
- You will _work_ swiftly and methodically to tight deadlines.
- A team player, you will integrate into the team and strive for company objectives.
- Schedule:

- This is a permanent full-time position of 39 hours per week covering the hours
- _from_ 8.30am to 5.00pm with appropriate lunch breaks to suit.
