Surveyor

An opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to operate within our Cardigan office and be responsible for the provision of a vital role in the property market.

As a Surveyor, you'll use your expertise to identify issues and provide relevant advice to the client with regard to residential, agricultural and commercial properties. There is also an opportunity to explore the potential of the property market, making it a rewarding career for the right person.

As a Valuer, you will be responsible for the provision of RICS Red Book Valuation Reports and providing impartial expert opinion, to clients, financial institutions, and legal entities for a wide range of purposes.

A full driving license and use of own vehicle is essential.

Salary Negotiable on experience.
